We know that it's been a difficult season for families, especially those of you navigating childbirth and postpartum during this time of Covid-19. We wanted to give you an update of how Bluegrass Doulas is currently operating.
Labor Doula Care
We've worked very closely with local hospitals to ensure that all credentialed doulas are allowed access to attend births. We are available for in-person labor support and are so happy to be able to support families in person.
Postpartum Doula Care
We are available for in-home postpartum doula care and are following all CDC guidelines. We know how crazy this time of life can be, especially in the midst of a pandemic, and we are working hard to make life transitions as safe and seamless as possible for all postpartum clients.
Virtual Support
We are also still providing virtual support groups for prenatal and postpartum clients. A sense of community is so important during this time and we have loved being able to offer support in this way.
We know that there are a lot of unknowns during this year, and we are happy to be a source of support as you navigate your pregnancy and postpartum experience.
